Exercise for every body

Hi my name is Bronson would you like to get fit and lose weight? well I am going to show you why I think everybody should exercise daily and make it part peoples lifestyle!

Exercise can be as simple as lunges, squats and even pushups!

30 minutes a day can help you lose weight regularly if you are struggling to keep an active lifestyle, and the best part is that all the latest tech and sports equipment makes it so you can exercise from home. A rowing machine or a treadmill could easily fit somewhere in your house so you can workout whenever!

It is also proven that people who exercise for evan just at least 11 minutes a day tend to live longer, you want to live longer right? Well drive down to a gym near you, gym membership fees can come as cheap as $36 or evan $10 monthly.

Exercise is helpful in many ways like sleep stress and anxiety. It also helps to boost your thinking, memory and attention. So I hope now you have heard this you will get into exercise everyday, thank you for reading!

Learning a Rubik's cube!

This week for reading we learned about hobbies, there were a bunch of ideas to make for the create but I choose to write a journal of me learning new hobbies. I decided to write about me trying out a Rubik's cube and eventually solve it. It took a while but I finally got it here, is my journal!

Day 1:

I was getting bored in lockdown so I thought of some cool things to learn, I remembered one time my cousin showed me how fast he could do a rubiks cube and I thought that it would be cool if I could do that to.

Day 2:

I started by watching a few different tutorials on youtube and see what one I thought was best I followed all the steps, and no matter how hard I tried I kept mucking up and making small mistakes that made me have to restart.

Day 3:

But I thought of how cool it would be to solve a rubik's cube, so I kept learning and I finally got it, I was so happy, and that was when I started to try and solve one off by heart.

Day 4:

At first it seemed impossible without a video to watch, I was always forgetting the top layer of the cube, I watched the video a few more times, and then I could solve it all by myself.

Day 5-7:

I wanted to get faster so I kept going and I was getting slightly faster every time, and now  I can solve a rubik's cube in around about a minute, thank you for reading.

Have you ever tried out a Rubik's cube? Could you solve it?

Growth vs Fixed mindset!

This week I learned about a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, a fixed mindset is someone who gives up or thinks they cant improve, but a growth mindset is always trying to improve and make there work better, I made two people and wrote about what a growth mindset and fixed mindset think. here is my work!

Do you have a growth mindset?

ratios!

This week I learned all about ratios, I watched all the videos and had a clear idea of what a ratio was, I did four different examples of ratios and an explanation, here is my work!

Now you know what a ratio is, are you ready to try and solve a question yourself? if there are 13 cows and 27 horses, what would the ratio of horses to cows be?
