All about angles!

 Hey guys.

Today we learned all about angles, we measured angles with protractors and learned about 90 degree angles 180 degree angles and more. We also learned about acute and obtuse angles, a acute angle is a angle 90 degrees or lower and a obtuse angle is a angle above 90 degrees. We made a piece of art  with a protractor where a 90 degree angle was yellow a 180 degree angle was green a obtuse angles is red and a acute angle as blue. Here is my art.

 Today with Sharon we  played a game me and my friend Travis played a game were we had to follow instructions to make a cool picture, first we had to do a bunch of pictures on a grid like clouds, balloon and   more here's how it went: Here was what I had to give instructions to.

Travis also instructed me to create a clown with Evan more shapes here was what he was instructing me to make:

That was all we did for today but I realy enjoyed it,have you ever played a game like this?

We wrote about a random chunk from a short film called LIFTED

  Mr B writes a cross on his miniature little notebook as stu looks gloomily at him. Stu quickly turns his small green head to his left looking straight down with his circular hat swirling around his forehead. He raises his eyes upon the millions of button switches on the keyboard, Stu rises his hand up and looks around for the proper switch, his hand slept on the hopeful button. ERR! Goes the hologram on the desk as it lights up in bright red. Mr B writes another cross on his paper looking disappointed. Stu points at Mr B and curls up his lips into a star shape. Side to side goes Ernie until; his body looks to fit perfectly through the window. But then he goes quickly to the right and bashes into the wall, EER! Goes the keyboard again. Stu looks around at all the buttons left to right. He finally thinks that he found the right button he rests his hand on the button.

 With Sharon this week we made a video on biteable a video making website I enjoyed it, it was fun!

Learning about making connections.

Hi Bloggers for Friday with Sharon we looked at making better online relationships by making positive thoughtful and helpful comments to connect with other school students. We had to look at other students comments and tick off the boxes if they had a question and if it was helpful and other things like that.

Hi for maths this week with Mrs Finlayson I made a maths poster, this week our goal was:use multiplication and division strategies to find fractions of whole numbers

       SCRATCH TUTORIAL : easy          

Hi my name is Bronson and today  I will tell you how to use a game making  website called scratch today we will make a dancer dance, first off you will need to look on the top left of the screen and click create  project, now that you have a project pick a person sprite from scratches select sprite section down the bottom right of the screen or paint and upload your own, now that you have a sprite you can program it to do anything you want first you will need to paint upload or choose a backdrop the  button should be close to the new sprite button  hover over it and you will see that there will be a few options so pick your backdrop and now lets try to make our sprite move so you will want to grab the when green flag click code piece over in the code section and then lets grab the move 10 steps code and connect them together. Now if you click start your sprite should move slightly now look at the move 10 steps code And change 10 to how far you want your dancer to move EG: MOVE 50 steps: now duplicate the move how much you want code by left clicking it  and keep duplicating how much you want it to move, now click start and it should take some steps, now you can spin around your sprite by grabbing the turn ---- degrees. Next step is to click up the top left costumes make a new costume and copy your other costume 

Then you the fill too to change the color of the sprite 3 times each in different colors now click the when green flag clicked code and attach to the switch costume to costume 1 code

Now you can copy the switch costume code and put them randomly in code so your sprite changes color, and that is a Easy tutorial hope it helped if you want to do extra keep on reading otherwise Bye EXTRA: you can make a sound beside the costumes button and pick one or record your own Now put that code whatever you want and you could maybe add a microphone sprite and your character picks it up and starts to sing and dance
